To critically identify, define, conceptualise, and analyse complex professional challenges and issues for the acceptance of business partners with senior stakeholders and matrix organisational requirements.

The business partner to critically interpret, evaluate and present complex data, and information with their expert knowledge to senior stakeholders that will enhance the delivery requirements of the teams and organisations that they operate within.

The business partner to work within complex and ambiguous situations, resulting in effective change processes and change outcomes to bring about effective innovation, development and new ways of thinking that relate to the change management.

The business partner will be able to critically assess and provide professional recommendations and solutions to challenges that relate to effective business partnering at multi-levels and across key stake-holders, that may require innovative proposals, insights, interpretations, and solutions to problems and issues that relate to effective team and organisational outcomes.

The curriculum is based on the SCQF accreditation body at level 10.
